Fred Greenstein, a political scholar and Miller Center Fellow, gives an early assessment of Bill Clinton?s presidency. Greenstein primarily addresses the political style of Clinton, a style which he classifies as dedicated to the policy making process. He additionally addresses Clinton?s oral abilities, his optimism and confidence, his lack of personal organization, his personal charm and his capacity for self-criticism.
