Evaluates current strategies of combating world hunger and proposes his own solution of population control. He addresses the problem case of African starvation, Russia's growing population, and the purpose and functioning of the Chinese one-child policy. The speaker also addresses the population's tendency to migrate to the city and the resulting political dynamics, as well as the migration's effect on birth rate. He discusses the economic underpinnings of the concept of a land's carrying capacity, effects of starvation on mental capacity, history of infanticide in the West, and the value of people. Additionally, he addressed the immigration issue as it relates to Mexico and curbing Mexico's population, ad well as free trade, Orwell, and controlling population in the U.S., among other related subjects.
